We’re thrilled to announce that the 2025 Games for Change Student Challenge is officially open for submissions, and this year is extra special! As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the program, we’ve expanded the competition to invite submissions from young people aged 18-25 for the very first time. Check out the University-Age Competition Guide to learn the rules and guidelines for this brand-new division.

This is a unique opportunity for university students around the world to submit their original social impact games and compete for incredible prizes, including games, technology, and more. There will be two Game of the Year winners – one team from the University-Age Division and one team from the Junior/Senior Division – both winning teams will receive a $10,000 scholarship and an all-expenses-paid trip to attend the G4C Festival in NYC, powered by our partnership with the Endless Foundation. Learn more in Endless's latest blog.

🚨 There is less than a month left to submit your tabletop, digital game, and/or character design addressing this year’s themes on climate change, world hunger, and peacebuilding to the competition.

Do your students need more support with completing their projects and submitting? We’ve got a solution for that! We will be hosting a webinar to introduce a new Student Challenge feature: a platform that allows game designers to playtest and give feedback on one another’s digital games! Get an exclusive walkthrough of The Studio by Endless Studios to gain a deeper understanding of navigating the platform to set your students up for success. There will also be time allotted for Q&A to answer all of your questions about the game submission process for the Student Challenge.
